I requested one as a Christmas gift in 2023. It has been my favorite pan for many many recipes. The large volume makes it ideal for soups, chili, fried cabbage, pasta, and etc. I've used stainless steel cookware for many years and is my preferred construction material. There is a new learning curve for stainless. Suggest researching the correct usage technique. I use baking soda to keep the pan sparkling like new. I like being able to support a USA company. I have ordered this one for a gift.

I bought it long ago I am so happy with this product.I don't use it every day but very often and I love it. would recommend and I will buy it again. looking for a nonstick one from this manufacturer.

I had bought a pasta pot for my daughter from the same brand. I liked the construction and the design that let you drain water easily. I am a little disappointed with this one as I am using it for stir frying and deep frying. The pot does not come out clean from dishwasher. I always need to hand scrub it. Also I would have preferred it to be a little shorter.I do like the construction with the sturdy handles and lid with stay cool handle. It works very well on a induction cooktop.

I really like this pan!I find I use it for a skillet, a wok, a saucepan, a steamer and I've even mixed salad in it. Honestly, I try a lot of hamburger and I like that the sides are high and now not much grease splatter gets all over like the old low sided skillets. And then the pan and lid work great for using the meat to make one pan stove top meals.The curve of the sides juuuuust fits my stiring spoons edges.... Was this just serendipitous or careful engineering? It makes it easy to move the contents around in the pan and I like it.The thick bottom transfers heat well and makes it less prone to scorching just under the burner. I've enjoyed the handles too, they've never gotten too hot to touch, even when I had the pan on the stove on high for a long time. I would not put it in the oven because I don't know if the handles would take it though.I will say that this is a LARGE pan and takes up a lot of room on the stove but that's OK, that just means it's versatile and not too much of a drawback.I also like the steam vent on the lid, when I have used it boiling something it stops the lid from popping up and down and dribbling over the edge, another thoughtful engineering touch.

I am in love with this pan—I use it everyday and cook everything in it—frying meat, soup, stirfry. Last week I made a mushroom risotto in it. Just perfect.It heats evenly, and retains heat well; you can lower the heat on most things you cook. If you heat it up, then add oil, it is pretty much nonstick, but even if something does stick, it comes off easily.It is heavy, but that is because of the bottom, and it is well worth the weight to have the even heating. (My hands are very weak and arthritic, and I don’t have a problem with it.)The lid is well-constructed and cleans up beautifully.This is one of the best purchases I have made in years.

I needed a pan in small size for Indian frying and cooking. This is a perfect size.

This pan is great. So great that I bought for them they are fantastic, but the lid has some issues. Slowly one by one the handle on the lid came loose and detached from the rivets. No way to repair it without risking breaking the glass, and I don't have the equipment to properly heat up the rivets to restamp them down to make them bigger. I believe the issue is when putting them in the dishwasher the hot water eventually would expand and contract the rivets deforming them. Then over time they became too loose and the handle came free. Wish the manufacturer would have replacement lids on their website, but I haven't seen any.
