20 years ago I bought a 4-pack of glasses at Kmart for $4. Ever since I have been trying to replicate those glasses as one by one they slowly broke. (I still have 2 originals!) This is pretty close to my ideal glass - straight, streamlined, solid with a heavy weighted bottom that resists tipping. I wish they were a TINY bit taller and a TINY bit narrower, but that's just me. For the price for 8 glasses, they were almost as cheap as my Kmart specials. They arrived safely packaged and all intact. So far they've survived a few rounds through the dishwasher, too. I recommend these.

Our old glasses from a different brand became etched over a number of years, so we splurged on a few cases to replace all of them. These are inexpensive glasses and we have some in reserve for when we break a few. They're new and of course they look great now, so we'll see how they hold up a few years from now.One tip. Use a glass measuring cup to measure exactly how many ounces your current glasses are before ordering. We thought we knew and were off by 4 ounces so we had to return the first shipment. Obviously, all these plain glasses look the same online. We bought tall glasses and shorter glasses, and had to get replacements for both because we thought we knew what we wanted.

These glasses have a simple design, but are very pretty. The seem to be pretty solid, but the glass is a little thinner than my other glasses. So far, they are holding up well. We use them everyday. They are also holding up well in the dishwasher. These glasses were a great price, and I would order them again.

These glasses are a perfect match to the ones I purchased many years ago. Glass is thick and clear, as expected from Libbey.

These drinking glasses are the perfect size for water and soda and they have a heavy bottom. They are also dishwasher safe.
