I bought this as it came recommended for keto. I dont have a wide variety diet so I thought maybe adding this would help get me through the flu stage of keto, and goodness, Im now on my 2nd bottle, my cravings are gone, my mental function is clearer, I feel alert but not wired. Im not over eating anymore, I feel great. I started low and slow and currently use 1 tbsp now. Will add more if need be but so far things are great. The first few days I had rumbley stomach but thats it. No other issues. Love this product and will continue to use.

This stuff really lights up my brain! I’ve just recently started bulletproof and started using this instead of the powdered MCT oil and I can tell you there is a difference and that not all MCT is created the same. I use 1 teaspoon of this along with my grass, fed butter, and my DECAF coffee instead of the regular caffeinated coffee that is recommended but it literally lights up areas of vibrating after drinking it and sustained my hunger and energy for several hours.

Larger size than what you’d find in store and for a better price too! Can’t complain, happy with my purchase. This product is wonderful to use, the taste is mild and easy to palette and doesn’t really have an odor. I mix it with my coffee.

I used this for quite a while until I found an alternative brand with the same exact quality, but with more product. I don’t think there is anything special about the brand unless you’re just overly name brand conscious. The quality is good, just not worth the price when other brands provide the same exact product for cheaper.
