Miracle product
This simple little thing fixed my back! I work at a computer all day and am kind of a sloucher. Every morning for over 6 months I had woken up with horrible pain in my lower back. I tried yoga, a posture brace, and was even about to buy a new mattress. Thank god I tried this thing because I saved a lot of money! Using it for a few minutes before bed immediately fixed my back, the very first night I used it I woke up feeling rested and pain free for the first time in forever. At first it’s hard to relax all the way but it becomes easier with use... it definitely makes you realize how much tension you’re carrying! Love it!

It Works and You HAVE TO Stick With It
I got this I'll admit as an impulse buy. I deal with scoliosis and I've been trying to find ways to properly relieve pressure on my spine in a way that doesn't further add to my pain level. Got this back stretcher and immediately threw it together and laid it on the ground to give it a try. The first few times, it was very uncomfortable. You can feel where the knots are in your back when you lay down on it. At the same time, by feeling these knots, you're able to re-adjust your position to help work them out. The first 5 to 8 times I laid on this thing, yes, it let me know where my back pain was. However, by sticking with it, I notice now each time I lay down on it, the pain is less and less. I'm able to get a very audible and noticeable crack when I lay down on this, that comes directly from my spine. I can feel everything just loosen up. I'll lay on it for about 3 minutes or so, and then roll off as the instructions suggest.I would 100% say that there is a weightlessness feeling on my spine after standing up from using this product, and that it's effectiveness tends to be more successful with those who are willing to keep at it, and allow their bodies to become more flexible with the product. The only con on the product is, the part you lay on can be a bit solid (hard) on your back. Simply laying a towel or something over it solves the problem. You have to lay flat on the floor for this to work, so if you have trouble getting up off the floor by yourself, be sure to have a helper around who can help you back up.Give this thing to your back for just a week and you'll be amazed at the relief you can get. If it hurts when you first lay down, it's just a reminder that you've waited too long and should have tried this years ago.

I definitely recommend it
It's really helpful for your back to be stretched out. I wouldn't keep moving it between heights- that's when it gets stretch out or broken, as some have complained about. I would stay at the lowest level, which is good, or go up to the second one and then leave it be. For the price, great value.

Not 4 positions; it's 3. Otherwise: reduces pain
Yeah, it's got 3 solid positions that will stay clicked into place with no worries. I'm a 6', 200 lb guy and it's rock solid once you select the position you want. Helps almost immediately with low back tiredness and tightness. Use no more than 5 min. at a time, 3xday max. Directions say to use it on a solid surface such as a floor mat, but you'll be instantly tempted to just put in on your bed, or maybe your long couch, for ease of lying on it and then getting up. I personally cannot get down on the floor or up, so the bed is the only option. Used on my bed, it seems to work fine; don't know what the difference is on the floor, but I'm not trying it that way. Be sure the wide, flared end it toward your hips and narrow end is up toward the middle of your back. This unit has the best price I could find for a well made device that also had the pronounced acupressure bumps; those bumps really get into the spinus erectus muscles and get them to release.

weak flimsy breaks easily / good concept, cheap materials / will break upon use
cheaply made, warranty will replace it but hassle to deal with replacement, and the replacement will likewise break under normal use. BAD PRODUCT

It feels good stretching out your lumbar.
Product feels good. When you adapt to level one and don’t feel much, level two feels good. I have a personal issue of squaring my body, so sometimes it would be aligned to my lumbar region but not my thoracic. Again that’s a me issue not a product issue. Feels good. My back pain is less than before, could be from the product or reduced inflammation. Worth a shot.

Works but is not durable
I've had this product for 5 months. The good: It is comfortable and has really helped my back. It works very well at providing lumbar support while seated. The OK: My back can only handle the lowest setting with the least amount of curve. If I use it while lying down, the curved piece flexes in and collapses against the black brace. The bad: I pretty much use it while seated and only have used it lying down 6 or 7 times in 5 months. Yesterday, while leaning against it while seated, I heard a snap and discovered the the black brace had snapped. So for durability it gets 0 start and overall I would only give this a 2 star rating.

Start slow!!!!
This thing is cool, stretched my back really well without being uncomfortable plus pops the hard to do spots in my cervical spine.I 100% recommend starting on the low setting even if you feel like it's not doing anything. I was foolish and laid 10 minutes on lv 3 because it felt awesome, well getting up I felt like my back forgot it had muscles and I just plopped over haha. So yeah 😅 start slow.
