This fit perfectly in my Frigidaire microwave model pmbs3080af. Very grateful to have saved so much money vs. a repair.

I checked the model numbers and it just works. For whatever reason the main cover had torn and would flap and allow "stuff" into the chamber which wasn't good since it had sparks a few times. It also made cleaning the interior difficult. The package had two, so if the one we replaced breaks again, we have another.

I rely on my microwave way too much. I discovered this as soon as it started malfunctioning. I was just minding my own business when it was like a nuclear apocalypse in there. The microwave was popping and sparking and generally doing all the things that instill fear in a consumer. I was dead in the water from a culinary perspective so I had to take action.So, I called my repair guy. I mean, surely it cannot be too expensive to fix, right? Wrong. The repair guy tells me that the service call alone would be $225. Then once you add labor and parts, it would be a couple hundred dollars more. The microwave itself was less than the service call fee. I couldn’t find a replacement model that fit in the space so I ended up getting a cheap countertop microwave while I pondered my options.I started googling my microwave’s symptoms and the waveguide diagnosis came to light. However, my repair guy scared the crap out of me when he told me several horror stories about microwave repair. This is a very hazardous occupation, guys.I decided to buy this part and try to fix it on my own. When I received it, it was as simple as pulling the old waveguide out and putting a new one in place. No tools. No effort. I FIXED IT.Now everyone in my house thinks I am an accomplished repair person. I didn’t share how easy it was, so I will just bask in this accomplishment for awhile.Bottom line- it’s cheap and it works. And you won’t turn into a character in Final Destination when you put it in place. Totally worth it.

Didn't fit my frigidaire microwave without trimming it a little bit. It's definitely not an exact part replacement as it fits a little loose after trimming it into place, but it will definitely work for now. And was way better than paying for shipping from frigidaire. Plus now we have a spare.

We had a sparking incident in our microwave oven. This was the first such incident we experienced after using a few different microwave ovens over the past 30 plus years. We called our brother-in-law who has a local fix-it radio program who told use to remove this silver paperboard item to see if the backside had any scorch marks which it did. He instructed us to purchase a new one to replace it. We ordered this one which is compatible to our microwave model. After receiving our order, we inserted the new one and it worked like a charm. The cost of this part is nothing compared to having an appliance repair person come to your home to replace it.

First of all, I always thought these things were made of metal until I tried cleaning the burnt popcorn smell out of my microwave with oven cleaner! It completely disintegrated the original waveguide cover. I started shopping for new microwaves and realized the prices for microwaves have gone up dramatically since the last time I bought one a few years ago so I was not happy. I wondered if I could just replace the part then learned the name of this thing is called a waveguide cover and found it here on Amazon for just a few dollars and my microwave is now good as new. Though, it does still smell like burnt popcorn.

Advertised as a 2-Pak, but only one piece in the shipping bag. Confirmed the part number before ordering. Upon receipt, learned it did not fit. Had to cut the tabs to fit the slots, but even then, it is barely wide enough for the tabs to fit into the slots in the microwave.Would have returned, but we needed our microwave & with shipping slowed due to COVID, I couldn't wait.

Wasn’t the right size. Too big.
