I started using this type of product at the reccomendation of my dermatologist to help with my Eczema in conjunction with other products like head and shoulders.It does not smell great, just being honest, but it works really really well. I use it every other day as a first wash, letting it sit in my hair while I wash the rest of my body. Then I use a scented shampoo after rinsing this out. I havent noticed the scent lingering after washing with a different soap, so it isn't hard to correct.

I believe so far this has worked better than any shampoo I've tried for itching and oiliness. I've been using it a couple of weeks and can feel the difference in my hair. I hope I continue to have positive results. I also like that it's unscented and rinses cleanly. Thank you!

I am losing hair and I wanted to try and do all I could to help my scalp. This shampoo has actually helped a lot. It won't grow hair but if scalp is healthy, it will not hinder. Hair definitely looks better.

I used to hate this product until I found the perfect way to use it. If you use this product and find it too stripping or feel like there was residual after each cleanse, try this: water down the shampoo. I usually do 1 good squeeze of shampoo for every 3 oz of water. I put this all into an empty bottle and shake it up. This foams up the product and makes it fairly light weight. I then pour this over my scalp while gently lifting up my hair near the roots to make sure I get the product right into my scalp. I start massaging it in immediately or else the product will just run down your head and off your scalp. Because the shampoo foamed when I was shaking it up in the bottle, I don’t have to work it into my hair too much to get a good lather. Makes shower time quick and easy. I rinse it out and my hair feels soft and doesn’t feel weighed down. Even though I water it down, I still get a good cleanse on my scalp and feel no itchiness. Using it this way, I’d say the pro and cons are:Pros:- exfoliates scalp- gets rid of itchiness- cleanses scalp and hair without stripping- no odor- no silicones- no harsh sulfates- leaves behind no residueCons:- product by itself isn’t good; I have to water it down to get the results I wantEvery other shampoo I’ve ever used has left t scalp feeling extremely itchy and uncomfortable. I’ve tried everything. No sls. No silicones. Vegan. All natural. Dandruff free. Nothing worked until I came across this. I’ve gone through probably thirty bottles of this stuff. It’s all I use and will ever use.

I have had a problem with an itchy scalp for a while and have tried prescription shampoos as well as other brands. T-Sal so far seems to work the best. It didn't solve all of my problems, but it greatly reduced them.

A great product to use once no more than Twice a week, Controls itchy and flakiness, wonderfully. Make sure you use a conditioner afterwards the surfactants in it are great for what they are intended but they strip the hair from moisture soreplenish those strands back up or you will find yourself frizzy and unmanageable.
