Sharp enough for Parmesan. That’s all that matters to me. Seems well made. Good size. I appreciate that it’s smaller so no need to pull out a large sized grater and fits right in a drawer. Can be used for other grating needs if need be.

My kid is obsessed with eating shredded cheese. This is such an easy way to shred a little cheese for her. I love how quick and easy the cleanup is and how compact this is to store.

It works, but beware you need a really tight grip on both the grater and the cheese otherwise you could get cut.

I've been searching for a cheese knife forever, and I had to find it online. This knife is beautiful because of its clean design and stainless steel material. The knife cuts cheese much better than your standard knives (obviously), and if you're a cheese lover - this knife is a must-buy! A small problem is a difficulty to clean if you let the knife sit out too long after use, but that's easily fixable by washing the knife soon after it's been used. I've had one such knife before, but I do like this one because the handle is continuous with the blade (so there are no ridges where food can get stuck), and this blade cuts better. The knife feels good in the hand and is easy to use. I used it so far on Gaude, Cheddar, and some soft cheeses, as well as Queso Fresco, with success. It gets more difficult to use the thicker the cheese is. I haven't tried using it on a big wheel​ of cheese yet. But I do recommend this knife!

It's a simple tool that does one thing, but I have to say: it does it well! Easy to use and clean and easy to get what you're grating where you want it. I suppose that last point is why I like this tool so much. More cheese, please!
