I ordered this item for Spanish paella and it shipped quickly and met expectations for my dish. This chorizo added a rich savory and slightly spicy dimension which complimented the saffron. The texture is different from Mexican chorizo and is slightly chewy. This chorizo also gives a garlicky and smoky aroma! Delicious!

This is subjective... but IMHO these are HORRIBLE
Entire order (less one bite) goes in the garbage on Monday. This might be the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth, solid FAIL.

Excellent product I've been buying for years Now one of the 6-bag set was badly attacked by a black mildew and spoiled. Check all bags when they arrive.
