My remote works sporadically, can it be repaired or do I need to replace? $300 is pretty steep for anew remote..

Hi there, unfortunately I do not know if anyone who can repair these. That said, our technicians have designed a new universal conversion four button module and wireless remote control that provides a quick and easy switch for a great value ($159 one remote and the box and $30 more for ea additional remote). This involves three easy steps and just a pair of scissors or a wire stripper (the one we bought was $6 on Amazon and made things even easier): Step one; tip the bed on its side. Step two; cut your two head and foot motor wires and strip the top portion of each of the four wires (up and down cord for each motor). Step three; simply slide the wires into our harness (a clip drops down and secures everything into place!) clip drops down and secures everything into place!) Does this work for an fcc id: wkzsfdy0502? how many days do i have to return in case the control does not work for my bed?

Hi, unfortunately I cannot look up the remote by the FCC ID number, only the serial number which is located underneath the bed frame on the crossrail between the two bottom feet. It is a small sticker with no other words or barcodes on it and just a 10 to 15 digit number. That said, if your old remote control has the exact same buttons and icons as this one and behind the battery cover you have six pins numbered one through six then this it will indeed work. Regardless we do offer a 30 day return period as is standard on Amazon. If the item was not defective then there would be a 10% restocking fee.

Can you show a picture of the back of remote settings? Mine has 1-6 code settings.
