I take 2 right before bed and I can feel how it relaxes me. Love it.

At first, I was just taking it because I heard that it was good. I didn’t really feel anything was happening to me. But then, I got my period and I didn’t have any pain with it after taking these pills. This is pretty significant for me because I started getting crazy period pills after I had my Covid shots and have been suffering through my period with them but ever since I started taking this two weeks later, I didn’t have any pain with my menstruation

These resveratrol supplements have been a total game-changer for me.My skin used to be really flaky and wrinkles were starting to show up on my face more and more each day. I can already see significant improvement in my skin after starting to use resveratrol.I have also had joint pain for years. I haven’t taken the product but my issue is it is advertised as resveratrol but the actual label doesn’t verify this. I’ve looked at many other brands and they clearly state the source and amount of trans resveratrol. And I’ve come to know everything is all marketing but what they put on the label is the truth. It has to be and this label doesn’t mention trans resveratrol at all. So is it possibly some in there since the label does list a known source ? Yes but apparently they haven’t verified how much is in it and if you’re taking this based on the science you actually need to know the amount you’re taking or else it’s a waste of money. So again I haven’t even taken the product. But the fact that it is all over the marketing and even on front of the bottle but NOT on the supplement facts label is a big red flag for me.
