Logickeyboard Designed for Blackmagic Davinci Resolve 17 Compatible with Win 7-11- Astra 2 Backlit Keyboard # LKB-RESB-A2PC-US

This keyboard with the Davinci shortcuts is a time saver or more like a memory saver. The lighted keys can be bright, dimmed, or even turned off. However, the USB cable comes right out the back of the keyboard, which means I cannot butt it up against my mini panel. IMOP, the USB cable should come out of the side.

I bought this thinking it would speed things up for me. It didn't. I don't use the shortcuts anymore than I did. And I find that the majority of what I do doesn't involve the shortcuts. I suppose that I am a creature of habits and my fingers natural go where they are suppose to go anyways.Some things I attempted to figure out didn't go so well because there's a steep learning curve to know when and what function applies to what page. Still haven't figured it out after about 3 months. So most of the time, the shortcuts do nothing.Disclaimer, I am a self-taught when it comes to editing. I didn't learn the right wording or best ways to do things. Maybe this knowledge on its own could speed things up so I know what CAN be done. I don't fault the keyboard. Just myself.

I like the keyboard on Resolve 16. At first I had problems where my Caps lock light wasn't working but Turns out that all I had to do was disconnect and reconnect the USB cables and the light started working again. The biggest negative is that the Alt/Option key and the Control Key are reversed from their usual position on a Mac keyboard and thatnis a PITA
