I had been sleeping for weeks with an old pillow that already had a flat part and I would wake up with pain in my back and sometimes neck. Last night this cervical pillow was wonderful for me. I slept like a baby and didn't even wake up several times during the night. I just got up and feel as good as new. It is firm but not hard, not bland either. It has just the right firmness for your neck, head and back. I love that it feels cool and I can move my arms around it with no problem 100% recommend. I love it!

The comfortable feeling is real! The soft touch is a bonus.The only reason I give 4 stars is.... that I wish it was a bit higher/taller.My husband has broad shoulder and he likes to sleep on his side.The pillow, despite its comfortable feeling, is a bit low for side sleeper who has wide shoulders.The head feels like it floats in the air and there is a gap between the head and the pillow.When you sleep on your back, it's very comfortable and good.

I love my pillow. I've been using it for a few months and it is really helpful for someone with a tear in their shoulder. It took me a little time to get used to it but it does what it needs to do in supporting me comfortably. I do use a regular pillow underneath so I am not laying flat after some healing time. I recommend this for anyone that has difficulty sleeping with pain. I didn't give it 5 stars because after several hours of laying on it, I find I'm sweating. But I say give it a try.
