I have felt a noticeable energy boost and over all physical performance after one week of taking this combo. I'm a 37 year old. I took it for 6 days and cycled off for 2 days. The first day of cycling off was great, I had more energy that day than all the days prior, day 2 was low energy. Upon resuming taking it, I felt great. I highly recommend this product!

I’ve been taking this supplement consistently for the past two months, and honestly, I haven’t noticed any significant changes or improvements. That said, I wouldn’t necessarily call it a waste of money—supplements often work differently for each person, depending on their body and lifestyle.In my case, it just didn’t deliver the results I was hoping for. Works as advertised. One recommendation is if you have stomach/intestinal issues maybe 1/2 dose for a few weeks to work into your system before going to full dosage. As someone with those issues I found doing so helped to alleviate cramping and bowel issues initially experienced. Those issues aside, the results with the "bedroom effect" are definitely there.
