The jury is out on the long term benefits but I have to say I feel better. My thinking is more focused and I just feel different. I mix it in a can of lightly flavored carbonated water and I don’t notice any weird taste.

I feel more energized, and just a general improvement to my well-being. The only downside is that it is a dye, and therefore is staining, which are hard to remove.
