I actually do t know if it helps or not. I am not that far in. But it blend much better than blooms version. It is tasteless and I do blend with water and regular bloom. But we are taking 6-8oz so if it is good for me I can drink anything. I wish there was a way to get it vegan and still do its thing. I LOVE that the colostrum comes after all the baby calves are fed first. Compared to my one other brand experience it has better quality and I do have it on order again.

I really love this product! I was a little concerned with the taste and starting mixing it with fruit juice. That helped a lot. I started adding it to my Ryze coffee in the mornings, as creamer and loved it. I'm on a subscription and cannot wait to receive the next jar.

The day I started using this powder I could feel a difference in my energy. It makes my bones and stomach feel so much better as well. IT is tasteless and I put it in water, coffee and even works in juice. I will be ordering this again when I run out.

Just finished this whole container. I don’t think it has made any difference in my skin. I’m sure it’s still better than nothing but no visible changes.
