TJCXELE DisplayPort KVM Switch - 2 Computers, 2 Monitors, 4K@120Hz, USB 3.0, DP 1.4, Extended & Copy Mode

I'm actually pretty surprised this works as well as it does. I have two 4K monitors with multiple inputs but the source switch is on the back for some reason & it was getting annoying.I have a Lenovo laptop for work w/ a Thunderbolt dock. The dock has one DP out and USB-C/Thunderbolt out. I got a Thunderbolt-to-DP cable to give me two DP outputs. My other machine is a desktop running Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) with a graphics card that has multiple DP out.I was expecting glitchiness or unresponsiveness, especially from the laptop dock since I needed an adapter for it (I was previously using its HDMI outputs). But everything worked perfectly. I'm using the USB for mouse, keyboard, webcam, & speakers (I got a cheap USB to audio adapter for those).My only couple gripes are that it didn't come w/ any DP cables (but I had a couple extra laying around) and the USB-to-USB cables are pretty short so I had to do some rearranging (oddly, they are USB-A-to-USB-A instead of using USB-B on the switch??)Also the switch is smaller than I expected, which isn't really a problem but the weight of all the cables on the back make it tip over w/o weighting it down.But overall it's working great. I'll update if it starts getting glitchy after switching back & forth, unplugging my laptop etc....

Small and compact but unfortunately it did not work.I wanted this KVM switch for a duel monitor duel PC set up. The KVM only displayed to 1 monitor and did not recognize anything on the front USB ports so I had 0 control over anything. Tried troubleshooting but that didn't fix anything.Another problem was there were parts missing from the box. No USB cables or user manual which was advertised as being part of the purchase. Either someone didn't package it correctly, someone stole those parts or they repackaged a used product that someone else returned.I ended up returning the product since it failed to preform in nearly every way. Very disappointed.

I work with multiple laptops and monitors and have been looking for a way to declutter my desk. This is perfect. It easily connects to the computers and allows seamlessly and fast switching through the computers. Very good investment.Pro tip, the cable you will need it's port display cable.

Works really well for me. Needed it to separate work from home.

Original message: I was so excited to try this KVM switch and everything is working except for the USB ports. I've tried turning off the whole thing and turning it back on. I've tried using each of the 4 ports for multiple devices. If anyone knows anything to help with this, that would be great. Otherwise I will be returning the device and looking for another KVM switch. I'm not sure why none of my external devices are working (mouse, keyboard, speakers, webcam).**Update: The seller reached out to me and sent me a new KVM switch as a replacement, which works wonderfully! I must have just gotten a faulty one but they were on top of it to make sure I received a device that worked. I’m so impressed with how well this situation was handled. Highly recommend both this product and buying anything from this seller in the future.

It is a good product but I wish it came with the display port cables. It does comes with the power, control and display cables. I wish there was a way for me to use it easily with laptops. It works with desktops great. I would recommend it for two desktops. Unfortunately, I have laptops that I cannot use it with. It would be better if there was a USB C cable to plug into a laptop similar to other docking stations.

Set it up and everything seemed to be working fine on both computers. Then noticed whenever I start a video on something like netflix/hulu/etc, Both monitors would disconnect and about 50% of the time would auto reconnect after a few seconds, the other half i would have to hit the Switch a few times to get them to reconnect.
