GVS Elipse Full Face Mask P3, One Size, with Replaceable P3 Filters Included

A very high quality mask, though I think it's a bit overpriced. It's quite comfortable, and doesn't fog up. Prevents my eyes from stinging when the fire gets too smoky and billows smoke everywhere. Was a bit complicated to set up.

It's such a pleasure to breath through! It really does block out all smells. I've been doing work in my basement and there's a lot of mould and damp, which irritates my lungs quite badly. Ten minutes down there and I have a hacking cough + bitter taste in my mouth for days. This mask blocks that all out completely, as well as all the dust and paint fumes.It's very comfortable to wear, and the protection is simply top notch. I cannot express what a difference it's made, and I get so much more done with it on. Highly recommended.

I’ve used this full-face respirator for work, and it’s been a great choice for long hours in dusty environments. The filters are easy to replace, and I feel confident in the protection it offers against particles and fumes. The mask stays secure and doesn’t require constant adjustment, making it ideal for high-risk tasks. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable mask that delivers great performance.

This is a great full face respirator. Despite having a big melon head, I found it easy to get an airtight fit, and the included filters are free-flowing enough to make this very easy to wear. It's surprisingly lightweight also.For comparison, I typically usually use a 3M mask (a 7503), which offers significantly more resistance with its standard P3 cartridges, and can actually feel quite claustrophobic, despite being only a half-mask.I love the full face coverage here, the protection afforded to the eyes is invaluable when working with irritating particles like glass fibre, noxious fumes also, no fun getting an eye full of hot styrene vapour! Must point out, the included P3 filters are no good for working with styrene, they're particulate only.There is plenty of room under the mask, unfortunately the mouth/nose section means that this is still very awkward to use with spectacles. I wear contact lenses when I am using a respirator.I'd give this the full five stars if it were not for one factor, the filters. 3M have pretty much standardised the market, with their bayonet fitting. It's used on many other brands own masks now, and thus the filters are available everywhere, pretty much any builder's merchant and even basic DIY stores. In second place in terms of availability, is the RD40 threaded filter, this is a very secure and reliable connection, and would be my preferred choice for critical applications. Also worth pointing out, the similar dimensions allow bayonet and RD40 filters to be interchangeable with the use of cheap adapters. For all the positives offered by this mask, the proprietary GVS filters do take the shine off, I have no doubt they're efficient and effective, they certainly are low resistance, but despite GVS being a high quality and trusted brand, their filters don't have the same availability as 3M's bayonet filters.All in all, this is a great mask, that will suit the needs of most users. I find it to be comfortable and low resistance, very easy to wear for extended periods of time, and I would highly recommend it to those with the forethought to keeps spare filters in their kit.

This full face mask is an excellent choice if you work with fumes or dust.My husband is a painter/decorator/carpenter and he's been using this now for a little over three weeks. He loves how easy it is to use and that it's really lightweight. Other masks have felt slightly claustrophobic for him but the GVS Elipse P3 has been a game changer for him.It protects him from the fumes from gloss work but also from sawing and sanding wood down.

My husband used this mask during home renovations to keep unsafe particles from his respiratory tract. He reported that it worked great and he felt safer using thism ask over standard cheap masks you slip over nose and mouth.

This mask is designed for those who often find themselves in a highly polluted environment, with lots of dust and fumes in the air.It is P3 rated meaning that it filtrates 99.9% off dust and fumes from the air.The bottom strap goes behind the head, it can easily be adjusted both at the top end at the bottom, and once fitted it feels very secure. The straps are stretchy as well so they can be pulled on tight and the stretchiness will prevent them from digging into the skin. It needs to be fitted in such a way that air doesn't get in from around the edges.The musk can be taken apart and cleaned except for the filters which need to be replaced.A good quality mask offering it high level of protection.

This is an excellent quality face mask. I've been doing a little bit of work on my house over the last few months, bit by bit. I'm just a keen DIYer so this probably a little more than I probably need but the difference between this and a basic one I had been using is night and day.The fit is comfortable and it works very well. If you are looking for a professional level face mask this is a very good option.Everything you need, a little pricey but worth it I think, which I probably wouldn't have said before I tried it.
