A simply delicious non-alcoholic drink!

This dark ginger wine is very rich and strong, although a simple non-alcoholic drink that can be used for good health benefits, you can also mix it with other juices to make your very own mocktails. For example, you can add this to pineapple and fresh lime juice to make a close resemblance of a non alcoholic mai-tai or mix it with coke for the simple classical non alcoholic rum and coke. The options are endless. This drink is very strong so it will do well with any sweet beverages and the medium size bottle it is in means that you will have enough ginger wine to last you at least a month or more depending on your consumption. Very fantastic drink to have mostly as an alternative to rum for any non alcoholic drinkers. It has it own sweetener as a preservative but due to the natural flavour of ginger you will barely notice it. Very tasty and a bottle well worth having, either on its own or to mix with other juices.

Excellent taste but not cheap and packaging annoyingly difficult to open

This is very different to the other Rochester Ginger drink, but it is also delicious in a whole different way. A very rich dark brown sugar taste, with a strong ginger kick. Very good when added to my favourite citron ginger tea, and good cold too, when added to sparkling water. Husband has yet to try it with alcohol, but I expect it’s great for that too. As a non-drinker, it does give the warm feeling going down that one remembers spirits providing, which I admit is pleasantly nostalgic.

This tastes exactly like the ginger wine I grew up with at Christmas, I used to get sent to the pharmacy with a recipe for a bottle of concentrated liquid, after bottling for Christmas when I got back, it tasted the same as the Dorset wine company produces, Though it might have something in common with the fact my Grandmother came from there also and could be a recipe handed down, It's now a shame it's been lost in the family over the years , I would wholly recommend this drink,It's the best Ginger wine out there especially with soda water...!!

It's too sweet and didn't seem the same as the one I had purchased from Grape Tree.

I love ginger and I really like the taste of this one. Some of the ginger non alcoholic wines dont have that bite but this one does.

We have always bought this in the shop but was worried about the authenticity of the one sold here. It is exactly the aame. If you like the taste ginger in a drink, this is what you want. perfectly made and tastes real good
