The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my actual fireplace. We live in Florida and don’t turn on the heat ever. Got this for the look and in a pinch use to heat up the living room. There is an option to turn off the heat and just have a nice ambiance. When you want hear it does put out nice heat and has different levels. The light on the logs is dimmable as well. Comes with a remote and works great. If you are looking for realistic logs on fire this is it. Highly recommend. It fits really well in my fireplace.

For the price this is a great product. Fairly priced, easy to set up, comes already completely assembled. Just a plug in and you're good to go. Puts out good heat & the ambiance is nice. There is also a setting to just have the flame effect with no heat which I like.

This is an excellent fireplace heater! I love the sounds, and it keeps the room warm. Looks great in my fireplace.

The media could not be loaded. We bought the whiteish gray logs style, even though another reviewer advised against this color. We love the look of the logs! I really wanted something to go into our fireplace mainly for the ambiance, and not necessarily the heat or sound. This was an affordable price, so we crossed our fingers and hoped it would give us the "feel" that we wanted. I was not disappointed! I love how it looks in our fireplace, and even the amount of heat it emits since we did have a few colder evenings. It's very relaxing, and soothing. The remote works great, and I like the dimmers for the lights to give different levels of "fire". I REALLY like the control of the flame speed, as a previous free-standing faux fireplace we had didn't have this feature, and I hated the frenetic flames that made me dizzy when I looked at them. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because it doesn't have a volume control for the sound, and that seems like such a big oversight. I would love to listen to the crackling fire sound, but it's too loud, which also makes it unrealistic sounding. At least it has a control to shut off sound. I think this fireplace is very nice for a lower end faux fireplace, and I highly recommend it.

I got this as a replacement for my old one and it's such a wonderful upgrade. This fireplace looks lovely and gives my living room a cozy cozy feeling. It gives you a ton of control over how much light/heat/flickering you get. The controls are hidden away on the side of it, so you don't see them from the front. This fireplace insert is very nice and sturdy and very well made. The heater does a fantastic job at heating up the entire (fairly large) room pretty quickly. What I love most is that this fireplace is virtually silent and doesn't produce any weird hum like my old my did. I also appreciate finally having a remote control which was not the case with my old fireplace. I am VERY happy with this purchase and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

I could not love this unit more! It's beautiful AND functional! Keeps my small space very comfortable in 20 degree weather without having to run my central heat. It fit perfectly in my unused fireplace. It's so nice, my husband wasn't even mad about the purchase (and he usually hates my gadgets!)! And the price is right too!

The media could not be loaded. I love my new fire log. The log design is amazing. I put it in my bedroom under the TV. It Gives such a warm feeling and cozy look. You can adjust the flame to 5 levels of brightness. I love the feel of the heat. I love the 3 flame sounds. The chriping bird sounds especially. It has ocean waves and crackling 🔥 fire sounds.

The heat output is decent and the sound is like a quiet fan just as a space heater would be. I’ve had it for a few months and use it frequently. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
