I have always been envious of those with Stabila levels, but I could not swallow the yellow color. I know many manufacturers make their level in bright colors so they ear less likely to be lost by contractors at constructions sites, but as my son pointed out when I was considering these, I am not contractor.The Dark Shadow levels come win the perfect combination of sizes for the hobbyist. They had legendary build quality and functionality. The dark color makes the readability even better. They are substantial and you feel the quality, but they are not heavy.The price is commensurate with the quality.

To bad to be Stabila, uneven level … and even worst Asurion protection plan paid for nothing

Union Bricklayer here 🧱🦺🫡Love these new level, the Dark Shadow unique look gives these levels a stylish vibe. Definitely recommend these, that’s if you want something just a little different than the original yellow. Only thing that sucks, is that it doesn’t come with the travel bag.
