This is so delicious I take it like a vitamin! It's a great pick me up you get a good clean surge of energy and it's like your brain and your body gets what it needs from it! I take it with a wooden spoon I don't use metal. I read somewhere that you're not supposed to use metal with honey and it can mess with the taste and enzymes or something so I just use a wooden spoon and it's great I've also had it on some really great buttered croissant and that's insane it's just delicious and the bioavailability is a bonus! Yes it's expensive but you get what you pay for and there's so much in this 🥂
