bought for the RF100-400, and is a good fit.not very thick, but good enough and much cheaper than the original Canon hood.

A lens hood is a must and yet Canon see fit not to supply them with their lenses. Considering the exhorbitant cost of a Canon lens it seems stingy that they expect customers to buy a lens hood as an extra, when it's a necessary part of the lens.JJC, thankfully came to the rescue and this lens hood fits my Canon lens perfectly. I can't find a fault with it and use it daily. The quick release button and way the lens hood locks onto the lens after rotating in place is much better than the friction fit I'm used to seeing.All in all, an excellent product for a reasonable price.

Works well as expected

Very pleased with the quality of this lens hood which fixes firmly and locks into possition onto the lens. The locking button similary releaes the hood which can then be reversed and locked only the lens for storage. Len cap can still be attached and removed when lens hood in either locked possition on the lens.

Excellent Canon Lens Hood for my camera . Great value

The most important thing to know is it fits well. It clicks into place nicely. It’s also reversible so it sits on the lens when not in use. I have two of this brand for different lenses and I’m very happy.

Bought as it was compatible with Canon RF100-400 lens. Does the job for a fraction of the cost of Canon equivalent.
