I wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I do, but wanted to try a blackout sleep mask to see if it made a difference to my sleep and surprisingly, it actually does! The design really does block 100% of the light, which makes such an effective difference for these summer nights.It sits really comfortably on my face without putting any pressure on my eyes, and I love that there's space for eye movement so it doesn’t mess with my lashes. Weird feeling being able to open your eyes inside a sleep mask but it's such a cool feature, especially for anyone with sensitive eyes or who wears eyelash extensions.The fit is fully adjustable, and the fabric is super soft. Feels really good quality for the price too. There's no scratching or slipping during the night that I've found.It genuinely feels weightless when wearing it, and it doesn't budge or make me feel hot. Honestly, I didn’t realise how much light was affecting my sleep until I started using this, now I will take it everywhere with me!Highly recommend for anyone who struggles with light or just wants a deeper, more restful sleep. Definitely worth a shot!

I didn’t know how badly I needed this sleep mask until I actually used it. The Gritin 100% Light Blocking Sleep Mask does exactly what it promises — blocks all the light, even that annoying little hallway glow or early morning sun that used to wake me up way too soon.The fabric is incredibly soft and breathable — not that cheap, sweaty stuff some masks have. The adjustable strap is gentle on the head, doesn’t pull hair (bless), and stays put even when I toss and turn like a restless burrito.The contoured shape is a game-changer. It doesn’t squish your eyes like flat masks — I can blink freely, and I don’t wake up with weird creases on my face. And yes, it actually creates a full blackout effect without pressing against your lashes.If I had to nitpick? I genuinely can’t find a flaw. It’s comfy, effective, and shockingly affordable.

I absolutley love this eyewear for bed, comfortable, soft and pitch black witch helps me sleep amazingly as I work nights a lot it makes a massive difference, hardly notice them on, also a side note they came with spare in ear defenders, when I'm away with work I often find hotels can be loud... this was a great little surprise for me, extremely happy, worth the small amount of money for sure

This eye mask is soft and comfy and blocks out light completely. It would be nice if available in a smaller size though as it's a bit big for my small head!

I used this sleep mask for the first time last night and had a wonderful sleep.It completely blocks out any light, is soft flexible, adjustable and most importantly, comfortable.I wear semi-permanent false eyelashes and cannot wear a flat sided inner sleep mask as my lashes rub against the material causing discomfort or them coming off.I couldn't feel my lashes touching the material, the mask stayed on all night and my lashes are still firmly in position this morning. Result!I purchased 2 masks as I got one for the hubby - He absolutely loves it too!

Hubby uses this and claims it does a great job. It’s also very soft and a good fit His sleep has improved too.

I don’t normally rate things on amazon but I had to rate this because it is actually amazing. I bought it to take with me to a festival, but it was so good I’ve started using it every night since. I swear as soon as I put this on I’m out like a light, and I don’t get woken up by light (obviously). These masks are so comfortable and they’re really easily adjustable so it won’t be too tight. I’ve used other eye masks for festivals and usually wake up with them halfway across the tent but this stays on all night.
