Disappointed
It doesn’t really improve my sleep or weight at all.

Not cheap but seem like good quality ingredients
I have been using these sleep capsules to help with my sleep, as I often wake up multiple times each night. It is early days at the moment, so it is hard to say how much effect they have had. I can confirm that they have definitely not had a negative impact, which is good, but it is challenging to know whether my sleep disturbances have reduced. The supplement contains various ingredients that are known to help with calming and sleep in general, such as magnesium and ashwagandha. I found them easy enough to swallow and had no problems incorporating them into my night-time routine. The supplement is made from natural ingredients and there are no artificial additives. On the downside, they're not cheap, and so far it is hard to say whether they have made much difference, but it is early days and so will continue taking them as often these things do take time to have a noticeable impact. Also, to be fair, different people will have different results.

You get Bang for Your Buck!
I find these supplements simply amazing. Easy to take (taste-free and no aftertaste) with a list of vitally important ingredients for sleep, I literally find myself zoning out and dosing off within half an hour and I stay asleep for the night. I know they work because I ran out a few weeks ago and within a few days I was really noticing the difference when I started waking up during the night. You get what you pay for and I believe the multi benefit ingredients more than justify the cost. I will be re-ordering!

Quality at a price.
The "Better Night" supplement comes in a well-sealed, resealable pouch containing a 30-day supply at the recommended dosage of 2 capsules per day. While the packaging is convenient, I find the price point rather high at nearly £40 for a 30-day supply, making it an expensive supplement. In terms of usability, the capsules are easy to swallow. Although the product is primarily targeted at women going through menopause, I didn’t see any reason why it wouldn’t be suitable for men, and I haven’t encountered any issues while taking it.One of the standout aspects of this supplement is its comprehensive and unique range of ingredients, which include:Vitamin D3 (100ug - 2000% NRV)Vitamin B6 (10mg - 714% NRV)Vitamin B12 (2,000ug - 80,000% NRV)Magnesium (60mg – 16% NRV)KSM-66 Ashwagandha® Root Extract (400mg)Lemon Balm Leaf Extract (60mg)Montmorency Cherry Extract (40mg)Chamomile Flower Extract (33.34mg)Affron® Saffron Extract (30mg)These ingredients are well-regarded for supporting better sleep and mood, particularly during stressful times. I was also pleased to see a high level of Vitamin D3. I take a high dose of D3 daily, sometimes with K2 (which this supplement doesn’t include), and I’ve not had a cold since I started that supplementation. The inclusion of KSM-66 Ashwagandha and Affron Saffron, both trademarked and clinically proven, adds to the product's appeal. No doubt, this unusual ingredient list is a significant factor in the supplement's price. The absence of artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives, and the fact that it's suitable for vegetarians, also adds to its credibility. I was also pleased to see that it’s produced in the UK, which likely contributes to its high and dependable quality.Overall, while it’s pricey, the quality and quantity of the ingredients and the unique formulation make it worth considering if you’re looking for a supplement to help with sleep and relaxation. However, I must note that I didn’t personally notice any significant improvement in my sleep.

good quality supplement, perhaps not for everyone
Neither M nor I are going through menopause. She tends to sleep well whereas I often have interrupted sleep. So I am always looking for something to improve my nights. This product is without doubt made of good quality ingredients, including vitamins alongside Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm and Magnesium amongst other herbs; and of course this should be used alongside a normal and healthy diet. The capsules are easy to swallow and seem to be consistently filled. We both took the capsules over a two week period.M didn't notice any change in her sleep patterns. I experienced a mild improvement, but not enough of a change to be able to specifically pin it down to this product.

You might get on better than I did
When I review a sleep product, I always compare it to what I consider to be the over-the-counter gold standard - 5-HTP. 5-HTP works, is backed my science, and is cheap!Better Night by The Better Menopause didn't work for me, which is a shame but not unexpected. The ingredients are ashwagandha (which despite the store page saying so has not been proven, at least in clinical studies, to enhance sleep quality), lemon balm leaf, chamomile, and saffron. I'm yet to see any real convincing clinical evidence that any of these ingredients work for sleep and relaxation outside of holistic therapy anecdotally.I took 2 tablets half an hour before bed, but unfortunately no relaxing or sleep inducing effect. I lay around for a few hours, then took one more, and then one more. Eventually I drifted off, but no faster than I would have without it.To give this product its fair dues, when I did eventually get to sleep I had some more vivid dreams, which suggests I was sleeping deeper than without it - this is a big plus.Let's look at the price - £39.99 for 60 capsules / 30 sleeps. Comparatively, 5-HTP costs about £12.50 for 90 capsules / 45 sleeps. Even a glance tells me that 5-HTP wins out.Overall, I had hoped this would work given the price and claims, but it just wasn't for me.Note that this is just my opinion on what works for me - if you're a fan of ashwagandha, saffron, lemon balm, and chamomile this might work out better for you. The quality of ingredients seems excellent and the pills are easy to swallow and come in a nice eco-pouch too.
