I recently picked up this Razer keyboard for my PC and it’s been fantastic. The response time is incredibly fast — perfect for both gaming and everyday use. The keys feel smooth and very responsive, with just the right amount of feedback.Build quality is solid too, and the RGB lighting is a nice bonus that really adds to the setup. Overall, it’s a great upgrade if you’re looking for a high-performance keyboard. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Before I got this keyboard, I was using the 2016 edition razer blackwidow ultimate. That keyboard still works perfectly, and the only problem I had with it was that the keyboard was LOUD as heck.Enter the blackwidow v4 x with yellow switches. At first i was extremely happy with the look, feel, and materials of the keyboard, it felt very premium, and the keys were MUCH quieter.I bought it in December of 2023. By March 2024 I noticed an issue with the "P" key being unresponsive. Meaning when you press the key, there was a chance of it not registering the keypress. So if you press the key 10 times, it may only display about 5 or 6 times. Not that bad for gaming since the "P" key is hardly used. However when typing it could get very annoying. I attached a video showing me trying to press the button 3 times, followed by a space, then the button 3 times, then a space etc. You can clearly see it does not register the keypress quite often.Eventually I decided that since I paid $100+ I was going to get a working product. My RMA process started on April 20, 2024, and after many days of back and forth emails with razer trying to convince them it was a hardware, not software, issue they gave me a shipping label to send out on April 26, 2024. I received the replacement about 3 weeks later on May 17, 2024.Today on May 18, 2024 I noticed the same unresponsive key issue with the "2" key above the "W" key. This IS a big deal for gaming since it is used very often.I dont want to go through the RMA process again, and im pretty sure I cant get a refund from amazon after 4 months so this keyboard will likely just be tossed in the garbage where it belongs. A lot of time and money wasted on a sub-par product.Been using Razer keyboards and mice since about 2012 but its probably time to try a different brand to try since their quality seems to have gone down. Shame.

The lighting on the keyboard was bright and comfortable. It is extremely durable since the back was reinforced with a metal backplate, and the keys were quite quiet and felt good to press. In the razor application, you can customize every single button for colors or what shortcut they could do. The macro buttons on the side greatly helped in my work since you can also make them open other applications, shortcuts, and a lot more things.

Good keyboard but the keys are SUPER sensitive. Sometimes the slightest touch will stick a repeat character in what im typing.Also the kick stands on the bottom break easily. Razer doesnt sell replacements either. Only replacement keys. But you can find some here on amazon. Dont know how well they work though.

Product was purchased as a Christmas gift. Products main function is used for gaming. Very awesome keyboard. Rgb is very bright and clean. Easy to adjust and set up. Keys are very responsive and smooth. Overall feel is great. Everything you need in a gaming keyboard

Since it is impossible to register my displeasure with this Razer product on their own website, I will at least do it here. Customer service is impossible to reach. My keyboard came with several intermittently working keys right out of the box and the number keypad does not work properly. First time installation of their new Synapse 3.0 software corrupted my computer, broke the link from my GPU reverting my display back to integrated graphics, uninstalled Google and Youtube (weird, I know), and forced me to go back to a restore point to get things to work similarly to what I had before the software installation. Their Synapse software does not recognize the keyboard upon installation, which is apparently a common problem, as their website has an "instructional video" with a workaround to get it recognized (which didn't work, by the way). Reinstalling the software does nothing, except for breaking the functionality of the Razer headphones I have, causing a computer lockup forcing a restart any time I switch from speakers to the headset. Overall, purchasing this keyboard and trying to get it to work properly has been an unpleasant experience. This thing is going into the trash; too late to get a refund from Amazon and an RMA from the Razer is impossible to achieve. Lesson learned. I cannot recommend this product; and it's unlikely I will buy anything from Razer again.

I'm so happy with this keyboard. The only thing that bugs me is that I used to be able to change the light mode using fn + crtl + a number, but now I can't. I did submit a ticket to Razer and they responded but I never got around to providing all the information, so I didn't get it resolved but it's no big deal as I can still change it in the desktop app.
