Life support for plants
I have 5 large house plants anif I go away it is a problem at this time of year in the growing season. So have given these a try. Easy to set up and are pretty substantial. My living room has been turned into a hospital ward for my plants.Just one small thing. It would have been good to have a basic guide regarding flow rates. I know it's different for each plant but it was really guesswork.

Too unreliable to depend on
Worked quite well for the two weeks I was testing these drip bags out before I left the country for a 15 day trip. Got the flow rate set just right so they would last around 9 days.The night before I left all I did was refill the bags with water, left the flow rates at what I had been testing them with.Went away for 15 days, came back and 2 out of 3 bags had all their water still in them, the other was half empty. No idea how this happened but unreliable is all I ca. say.These are not worth the risk if you plan to use them for sentimental/expensive plants. I will be investing in an electric water timer for my next trip.
