Love it!!
The media could not be loaded. I recently bought the Jackery Portable Power Bank, and I have to say, it's been a total game-changer for my camping trips. One of the coolest things about it is how well it powers a mini fridge, super convenient! It's seriously awesome to have that kind of convenience while camping.I love the option to hook it up with a mini solar panel. Being able to charge up the Jackery with solar power means I can stay off the grid longer without worrying about running out of juice. It's a total win-win!The design is great too! It's compact enough to stash in my camping gear without taking up much space, and it feels really durable. I feel confident it can handle whatever nature throws at it. It's not too heavy either.Overall, I really think the Jackery Portable Power Bank is a must-have for people who want reliable power for literally ANYTHING. Adding a mini solar panel just makes it even more practical. If you're into outdoor adventures and want to keep things chilled without a hassle, I definitely recommend checking this out!!

nice little box of juice
Works very well, small but perfect size. There have been several outages in my complex and I want to make sure I can keep my insulin cold.I have used a smaller portable/travel fridge plugged into this and it works great !!!There is a small flashlight built into it and have not needed to use it but think that is a good perk in a power outage.I like that I can link and control it from the app on my phone.I would definitely recommend this.

Hiking Adventure with the Explorer 240 v2 Portable Power Station
The media could not be loaded. I bought Jackery's explorer 240 v2 as a power supply for hiking. As an avid hiker who relies heavily on my gadgets for navigation and photography, bringing along a reliable power source was a must. After doing considerable research among major brands on Amazon, I finally decided on this unit for its portability, fast charging feature, and the reputation of the Jackery brand. After using it for a couple of weeks now, I’m actually glad about my decision to pick this portable power station. I recently took it with me on a hike. Here are some of my thoughts about this product based on my experiences so far.Our plan was to catch the sunrise from the summit, which meant an early start. Because I forgot to charge it after playing around with it for a few days, it only had 9% remaining battery. The one-hour fast charging function came in handy. I turned on the emergency charging in the App and plugged it in right after breakfast, and by the time we were packed and ready to hit the trail, the power station was fully charged and good to go. This quick prep was a huge relief, as it meant no waiting around and more time on the trail. Also, at just 7.7 pounds, the explorer 240 v2 was the ideal companion for our hike. Its lightweight design meant that it didn’t add significant weight to my pack, a crucial factor when you're scaling steep paths and navigating rugged terrain.Despite its compact size, it packed enough power to keep all our devices charged throughout the trip. Since we used our smartphones extensively for capturing photos and videos of the views, our phone batteries started to dip before we made our return. But with the 100W USB-C ports, we quickly plugged in our phones. These ports can enable fast charging on our phones even without the wall charger.Reflecting on the trip, I can confidently say the explorer 240 v2 meets all my demands for a portable power supply. Its fast charging, lightweight design, and power capacity not only enhanced our hiking and camping experience but also brought a sense of security, knowing we had a reliable power source in the wild. For any outdoor enthusiast looking to blend adventure with convenience, this portable power station is a must-have.

Update: I Love It, But...
I really love the new Explorer 240 V2, but it does have it's short comings. I purchased this to upgrade my old 160 to use for my 2-3 night camping trips. I spent a few days testing it with my Change Moore fridge and various devices such as my iPhone. What I found out right out-of-the-box is that it did not come with the USB-C to 8020 cable for solar charging. This limited my testing, but I was still able to go through various scenarios. Here's my pros and cons.Pros- I like the new color display and the amount of information displayed on the screen.- I like that it provides the input/output wattage and estimated battery left in hours & minutes.- I like the folding handle. I'll admit at first I wasn't a fan, but really like the folding handle and footprint ofof the 240.- I like the fast charging. I ran it down and it took approximately 2 hours to charge using AC.- I like the light on the front. The older 240 didn't have a light.- I like the app for your phone. It's not an app filled with a lot of gadgets. Just the basics, but allows you to check things when camping without getting up in the middle of the night. (See cons)- I like the integrated charger and provided cable versus the old separate charger and cable.- I like the ups feature.Cons- Doesn't come with the USB-C adapter for solar charging.- The USB-C connector/adapter is questionable as to how secure and rugged it will be. Again, they don't provide this adapter. It must be ordered separately.- The app is just too basic and a little clumsy. I personally only use it to monitor the inputs/outputs.- You can't check the status using the display button like the old 240. You must power the device on to check the status.- Changing the wifi/bluetooth is difficult and requires unbinding the unit to change. This is something the app should allow you to do.I'd really like to review the solar charging, but cannot at this time. I can update this review after I have received the USB-C adapter.Update: I was able to perform solar charging using the Jackery 40W mini and 100W solar saga. I took the 240 down to 85% and recharged it using solar. Performed very well charging to 100% in a few hours. I also tested using the AC output while charging with solar. The Explorer 240 V2 performed very well. I’m giving it 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if they would include the USB-C solar adapter.
