Affordable
The series fulfills my expectations, quality and price both. The Great Gatsby is a nice novel by F.Scott Fitzgerald. This series was firstly published on 2024. The packaging could be more proper.

Not a Premium Collector's Edition - an affordable hardcover only
This is certainly not premium nor a collector's edition. The hardcover is light, the paper quality cheap and the print is smaller than usual. It is an affordable hardcover of a classics. Disappointed.

Vibrant penguin classics
The pages are good and the printing is fine. The book binding is perfect. This new collection of Penguin select classics are for Genz's as they like aesthetic and vibrant things more. The eras are changing why not the book covers? I loved it.

Good
The media could not be loaded. Everything good, except for the page quality.

Poor quality paper
The cover and sprayed egdes are all good and in pristine conditions, the text too isn't too small. But only complain I have got is the quality of paper used. I purchased the hardcover in hope that I could keep it for long time but with already yellowish and thin pages, I doubt the book will last long before foxing.

What a lovely cover!
The Penguin Classics hardcover edition of "The Great Gatsby" is undeniably a treasure for my bookshelf—its elegant design and aesthetic appeal add a touch of sophistication to my collection. Unfortunately, despite its outward charm, my experience with the content of this so-called "timeless masterpiece" was far less satisfying.I find myself wondering: why is *The Great Gatsby* hailed as one of America's all-time finest novels? And what makes Gatsby truly "great"?To be candid, I struggled with this book. The narrative felt aimless for most of its length, with about 70% of it revolving around ultra-rich, high-society Americans indulging in lavish parties and idle chatter. It wasn’t until the final few chapters that the story began to unravel, and even then, the dramatic twists were hard to absorb. While I admire Fitzgerald’s evocative portrayal of the Roaring Twenties and his critique of wealth and morality, the novel didn’t resonate with me overall. I rated it three stars, primarily for its cultural significance. However, I believe there are other "Great American Novels" more deserving of your time.
