Poor quality chocolate
I am requesting a refund and the seller is not complying. PRODUCT HAS VISIBLE MOULD. SELLER IS DENYING. PRODUCT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE PICTURES. I have tried contacting the seller and they are not providing a refund for the fraudulently advertised product and are insisting mould is okay to eat. I do not wish to risk my health and safety. Product looks nothing like what is advertised and is severely discoloured with mould on the box the chocolate comes in. photos attached.
