Both flavors are truly delicious! The yellow Citrus Ginger bite is a little spiced with ginger and turmeric, and it also has black pepper, which, together with the turmeric, reduces inflammation and oxidative stress. The combination of ingredients produces a perfect flavor. An excellent bite for when your body craves a touch of sweetness throughout the day. The orange Chocolate Sea Salt bite has a real cocoa flavor with a hint of sea salt; it's not cloyingly sweet; it tastes like authentic cocoa. It makes you feel good when you eat it, but not like you get an aggressive caffeine shock. It's perfectly digestible. I think it's ideal to consume before your morning workout when you don't want to go to the gym with a full stomach and just a cup of coffee isn't enough. The texture of both is soft but not too mushy, and has an excellent consistency. I'm eager to try the other two options: the green one for relaxation and the purple one for sleep.

My favorite is the ginger one, but the Energy bite is SO GOOD too. These things are so tasty and so easy to eat. Great addition to my day! Absolutely delicious way to kick start my day. Not only are these tasty, but I'm getting my good vitamins (including all the Vitamin D a gal can get in the Pacific Northwest) as well as a little extra protein, which is rare in a vitamin. I love the "bite" instead of swallowing a pill as well.

Loved these energy bites! I enjoy them more for the cleaning ingredients and high-quality packaging appeal of the items. Not the cheapest but good.

I absolutely LOVE the ingredients in these bites and that they are gluten free. They seem to be made with quality ingredients. The energy aid chews were surprisingly tasty. Not good tasty like a brownie but definitely better than I expected and something I could eat every day. I like that the caffeine is from green tea so doesn't give you that jolt and then crash afterwards. I haven't tried the nutrient one yet but will update my review when I do. I would consider buying more of these except for one thing - the cost! It is almost $2 per bite and just don't think it is worth that. While I agree that the ingredients are good for you, I am not sure all the ingredients do what they claim on the package.ETA: After taking the eat or energy chews for two weeks I have to report that I noticed absolutely no benefit from the chews - no extra energy at all. The only thing they did was provide a very small, healthy snack.

I am so impressed the nutrition and quality of this product! It truly gives me energy and I love all the clean ingredients. Plus products like this typically don't taste good, but this one knocks it out of the park!
