Why did you pick this product vs others?:I haven’t ran two far with it but on the treadmill it works it only lets you push out and breath in so much air to regulate the air control

When using this consistently I have felt changes in my breathing. Would be nice if the valve was a little tighter but overall I think this is a good product.

Joining the military soon and I needed to control my breathing and strengthening my breathing while running. I use this walking around at work or home. 10 minutes here, 3 minutes there. Off and on while watching a movie. No real set time. I turn it completely shut so I can't breathe out at all. Then turn it just enough to get air flow. Sometimes I plug my nose just to make sure I'm breathing in and out correctly. It'll suck for a while, but 3 days or so in you'll notice a difference. ONLY draw back is the slobber that can collect on the mouth piece lol

Could have more resistance
Very nice product. I have no issues with my lungs so I was hoping for something a little more challenging. I can see how someone with lung issues can benefit from this. But if you’re in decent shape I’d go for something more challenging. Maybe not this specific brand but something close.

Doesn’t seem like it’s causing any resistance
Just got my package, opened it up and used it and it feels the same with the resistance all the way up vs the resistance all the way down. Not saying these mouthpieces don’t work but mine (or this brand) definitely doesn’t work like I expected it to.
