Great for helping with Balance on a Walking Pad
Very sturdy and perfect for what I needed to help me balance while getting used to using a new walking pad that didn't have a handle bar built into it. I just needed something to hold that would give me the extra security to steady my stride if needed and this works great. Sturdy and yet light weight enough to hold easily up off the ground with one hand. I like that the ends are flat and have the added rubber grip that gives a comfortable end to hold onto as well!

Expensive but I knew that going on
Came packaged very well. The wood seems to be of good quality and I really enjoy the fact that it’s pink. Did I enjoy paying $30 for a wooden stick with pink ends? No. But am I happy with my purchase? Yes.

High Quality, Smooth Touch, Easy To Use, Made of Bamboo
This Yoga Stick indeed gives me a lot of surprise. The quality is sooo good, and totally Sweat-proof. I don’t need to worry about sweat dripping on the stick and makes me feel uncomfortable during exercises.Besides, the design is super clean, the touch is absolutely very smooth. And the stick is 100% made by bamboo, which is what I really love about this yoga stick. I have used this stick for around 20 days, also bring it to my classes.It is no doubt this stick is really worth it. Highly recommend!

Bamboo stretching pole/stick
