very nicely made, great WiFi,
This camera was easy to set up wifi and using. Charging is a breeze, of course. push button and it is working. The USB port can be used with windows software. works with Android easily. the exposure is set to max 1 second, so not usable for deep space. To get the picture of Jupiter, had to set the gain from 200 to as low as possible. Has manual photo and video controls.

Keep it stable!
This camera is very good. It’s well made and easy to attach it to your telescope. Just put it in the lens tube and use it like a lens. However, the focus is not very good. I took a shot of the moon (above) You can see, it didn’t focus as much as I expected.

No computer or laptop needed to use and easy and fun to use for Moon imaging and Solar imaging!
This WIFI camera has good features and bad features, first the good. Easy to use and use, with an Apple/Android phone or tablet you can take images and do some basic image adjustments, image quality is ok not high res but ok, and since it's 1 of the only WIFI Astro cameras on the market it has it's place. I use it for testing scopes and artificial star testing and good for Planets imaging, Moon best as for the other Planets it's not a east to get good images.. Now for Solar using a Solar Filter or a Ha Solar scope not bad, it's kinda cool not needing to use a computer or laptop when a phone or tablet work good...Now the bad, the app is poor, like SVBONY put little effort in the app design and this is it's biggest challenges in getting good quality images, a bit crude spp but it does work, I find that by doing an Auto exposure then turning HDR on or off can help with the getting a good exposures. But with time and better understanding on how to use the app will help.If SVBONY updated the app for more control then Auto it could be something special, but at this point SVBONY is just trying to sell them and then it will be gone! There are many design issue with this kind of WIFI type of Astro camera so lots of point to SVBONY as this is their second attempt and a good 1. SVBONY improve the app and many Gen 3 WIFI camera will be much better? At $200 a lower price then when it was first on the market, but at $99-$149 would be the correct price. I would be glad to pay $200 for a Pro version for a better and faster WIFI camera... Also maybe make it work with a computer and programs like Sharpcap?

It's a Hoot
I love this camera. I struggled initially, because as you can see the moon is just a piece. That was with a f/l 1500 Mak. I tried extenders and star diagonal and then used the camera with my f/l 900 Refractor - I still didn't get the full moon. I ended up getting the SVBony Mini Guide scope 40mm and it works perfect for astro and terra. Jupiter was so washed out by the sun that I got no color, even with my eyepieces, but nice clarity with the moons. The software is not bad to work with, but I just use the Auto setting for now.I have to clarify - I am a BEGINNER at astronomy, and I know NOTHING about photography. So if you put the two of those together, I think it's a pretty cool little camera.

Don’t bother
Reviews on this camera were mixed but I thought I would give it a try. I have an Celestron Nexstar 8SE telescope with a tracking mount and I was hoping to use this so I wouldn’t have to squint into an eyepiece all the time. Unfortunately, other than the fact that it has wifi capabilities it has nothing else to recommend it. The field of view is so small that the only object I could ever get into focus reliably was the moon. I thought it might be a fun lower cost camera to view planets. I managed to get Jupiter in the field of view once but it is just a super bright blob. I think another reviewer posted a photo of Jupiter on screen that demonstrates the over-bright display and lack of details. Attempting to focus on anything else, even the Orion nebula, simply didn’t work, even when I used a focal length reducer. The company promotes this as an Electronically Assisted Astronomy camera but it just does not work like they claim. I am returning it.
