Works well
I went on vacation and enjoyed myself, eating and drinking maybe way too much. I gained 5 pounds so this was a way to get myself back on track. Once I came home I got back on my regular eating schedule and lost the first 2.5 pounds but still have a bit more to go.I found this on Amazon, read the reviews, good ones and bad ones I finally decided to take the plunge after researching other cleanses and returning to this one.First, let me say I purchased a 3 day knowing that I would only do it as a 1 day 3 separate times because of my schedule. I don’t know that I could manage 3 days all at once. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. I prepped my body on Thursday by having an oatmeal shake for breakfast, green smoothie with spinach, apple, ginger and coconut water for lunch and vegetable broth for dinner. I generally follow a mainly vegetarian diet and eat at the same times almost everyday.I chose Friday because I knew there would be a lot of bathroom trips involved and I would be home. I started at 7am, following the timed schedule. I labeled each packet so I knew which one to take at what time. I made several bathroom trips with a few more BMs, yes I know too much information. I stayed on track until my 5pm drink. I was late taking it. So I drank it as soon as I could but not too late that I was off track. I still made it for the 7 pm drink. I also took 3 small walks during the day, 30 minutes each.I did have a slight headache earlier in the day but nothing that wasn’t manageable. I had coffee with no sugar in the morning. I think the headache would have been worse if I didn’t. These were slightly sweet for me. I don’t usually have this much sugar or sweeteners in my drinks. I am not a juice drinker, which these reminded me of juice drinks. But they were tolerable. The beets and berries was the worst for me as I don’t like beets. All the other flavors were ok. Did I have a favorite? The greens and apples was my favorite and I would have preferred more than just one packet of it. I did get slightly hungry during the day so I had a grilled cheese sandwich and some vegetable broth, a handful of nuts and 4 grapes.I did weigh in at 1.6 lbs less today. I think if I followed it exactly it would have worked much better for me. I am only 1 lb. away from my pre-vacation weight. But I am satisfied. I will definitely do it again as I have 2 more days worth of cleanse packets and I’m sure there are more days ahead of not so great eating. I didn’t wake up hungry which is an added bonus. I was worried that I would and end up over eating which would just outdo all that I had done the day before.

11lbs gone! Reordered to use in rut/plateau.
Lost 11lbs! (In 330s) Water weight no joke. Feels good to occasionally reset body. Beet flavor could use some improvement but got it down and completed the 3 days. Cheated the second night with some carrots because I was hungry but it didn't hurt me much. I reordered (now in 270s) since I've plateaued just to reset and restart.

Repeat purchases in my future
I am very happy with this product and will make repeat purchases. I lost a total of 9 lbs with this cleanse and I feel great! It's been four days since I've completed the cleanse my sugar craving are gone. My eating is more mindful and my portion sizes are less. I have done the Beachbody 3-day refresh a handful of times and have not had near the success I did with this product. The shakes are convenient for on the go or at work. The variety of flavors was good and timed every two hours. Overall I highly recommend.

I learned about myself and my body
tl;dr I didn't drink JUST these the 3 days. I found it impossible..They taste like hints of juicing juice. Of course because it's granulated bits in 16oz of water..I did lost 3lbs after the first day.Some of that was muscle mass according to my BMI SmartScale..First day went well, but I got huge stomach demands.Not like cravings but like my stomach was empty and angry.I had made it 13 hours and drank just the cleanse up until then..I ended up eating steak, fish, spinach, some pretzels and cream of rice with fruit.V healthy.Next day I weighed in and saw the 3lbs loss..Yesterday was day 2.I had decided as I'm following a workout regiment, it was better to intermittent fast using the cleanse, versus doing a full caloric deficient cleanse. It's just better for me and my body.So DAY 2 I did the same thing. I went through the cleanse packets and just ate clean at the end of the day.This time it was again fish, cream of rice with fruit, and an avocado. Lighter than the first night's dinner but still felt good to eat..Today is Day 3. I didn't make it to the end of today before eating.My body told me, "Bro, you need to eat bro."So I had my first two packets over the 4 hours.Then made egg white omelet with spinach and a little feta, along with a bowl of cream of rice + almond milk and a sliced up banana. This will satiate me for a while and I'll be able to have a clean dinner as well..Did I lose a ton of weight? NopeDid I strictly stick to the cleanse? NopeWould I recommend this cleanse? YES.I think it's good to get your body out of any sort of loop you might be in that's unhealthy..I should have tried the cleanse before I started following this workout training that I'm doing.But I still liked that it gave me the ability to intermittent fast and did help me drop .02% of subcutaneous fat..Final words: Don't beat yourself up and starve yourself doing this. If your body is in need of nutrition it will let you know. The key, really the most important thing, is to eat what your body needs. Not what you crave.Sure I could have easily said, "I'm done with this!" and ordered a pizza and eaten it all by myself and felt sick. But I didn't. My body was asking for nutrients. Veggies, protein, healthy fats..It's all about the fuel you put into your body that makes your engine run its best.I hope this cleanse is the first of many steps in the right direction for you if you do choose to purchase it..I haven't tried any other cleansing regiments but if I do and they are any better, I will come back and update this review with that information..And don't forget; Abs are made in the KITCHEN!Find macros to meet your body's needs, and meet them.
