Incredibly quiet, low profile fans
I got 2. Fans look great, and the low profile is perfect for my ceilings that aren’t that high. PLUS: they are very light and at the beginning I was suspicious of poor quality. After using them, I think it’s them being so light that makes them the most quiet fans I’ve ever seen - you barely notice them even at high speed.Unfortunately one of them was not working correctly when I installed it. I contacted customer support, and though it took a couple of weeks, I received a new “brain” for the fan (engine and light were working fine). I changed it in 5 minutes and has been working great since then.Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Flush Mount Fan
Easy install. The fan and App connected quickly to my Wi-Fi and to Alexa. Good looking with the dark wood blades and the black mount. Fan moves a lot of air. Fan can be adjusted from 1% to 100%. You can change the color and brightness of the light. The Tuya Smart app has a lot of features.

Class Fan and Great customer service
The Hoenofly 52" fan is so good I purchased five of them! Three bedroom, one in the kitchen, and one for the dining area. Very classic and contemporary design, very quiet fan, dimmable light. The Alexa features are not something we use, but the five fans really enhance our contemporary home.The customer service was outstanding in my request to update to white Phillips screws on two fans I had purchased over a year ago. The first two purchased used silver heads and now they used white. Much cleaner look!

Needs a better light in my opinion.
Easy install. Didn't have the connection problems others had. But the light is 10 times brighter than my last fan that used 3 Phillips Hue bulbs. And its like a spotlight more than a light for the whole room.Fan is very quiet and pushes a LOT of air. Overall, it is a good deal.

Quiet fan, variable light and easy to use remote
We are very happy with our new fans. In the end we installed four of them. In our master we needed another remote control and when we contacted the company, they promptly sent us another for a reasonable fee. The fans are quiet and the adjustable warmth in the light is impressive. You can go from a very warm and soft white to a bright daylight intensity. We would buy these fans and work with this company again.

excellent customer service and follow up. The light cover is very fragile and when installing it i accidentally broke it. after sending an email to them requesting a replacement they immediately sent a new one. Fan looks and works great
