Good continuous water flow with low TDS, UV feature a plus
Updating review to 5 stars for customer service and function.Replacement unit received. Seller sent an extra tee as well as various o-ring options to resolve previous issue with the water leak.To make installation easier, I had pre-ordered a set of 3/8" to 1/4" tube adapters. This new RO system uses 1/4" tubes, where my previous RO system used 3/8". So this time around, I just used the existing valve, plugged in the adapter, and the rest was easy.As far as the RO system itself, I would have preferred the systems that has the filter cartridge on the front. This unit has it on the side, making it slightly more inconvenient to change filters. This is a minor issue. The reason we chose this system is because we have well water. This means that our water is not chlorinated. To ensure that we don't have bacteria issues, we wanted a system that has UV light to kill the bacteria. Yes, we could have used our previous UV module, but it was nice to find a system like this that has it all integrated with a nice clean look.It takes a little getting used to. Our previous system has a pressure tank, so water comes out immediately. This unit has a couple seconds of delay until water comes out, then after that it comes out in a continous stream. Again, as stated in my earlier review, we switched to this type of system for continuous water flow, as we expect our usage to go up a lot cooking with RO water. Previously we only used RO for drinking water, but this will now be used for cooking (soups, rice, etc.). Why? To get PFAS out of our water for health safety reasons. At initial turn on, TDS was showing 99. Just leave the faucet on, and as the water comes out, TDS drops to below 10 (somewhere between 6 to 8). This is just slightly better than our previoius system, which is to be expected with the finer filtration and extra stages.Note on installation: Be sure to push the tubes in to where the marking is (yes, the tubes are conveniently marked). Be sure to install the little blue spacers (locks) so that the tubes stay compressed and do not come loose. Each tube is conveniently marked to make installation easy.In conclusion, if you need a high volume RO, and you need the UV for disinfecting, this is a nice integrated system with all of that in one box.---------------------------------Updating from 1 to 3 stars for prompt customer service. Seller reached out and will be sending spare valve to fix issue with leak. Once valve has been received and verified to work, will update this review. Have high hopes that the replacement will work.--------------------------------Should have paid more attention to the other reviews. The Inlet 3-way valve leaks.I had purchased this to replace an existing RO system. Reason being higher filtration efficiency to make sure we get PFAS out of our water, and also for the 600 GPD capacity.Problem is that this thing leaks like crazy from the 3-way valve. Ended up putting my old system back (no leaks at all) and am now in the process of returning this. Will be searching for another system.

This is a great Reverse Osmosis system! It is a huge improvement over our older system
I have previously owned for many years an older-style Reverse Osmosis system that was pressurized by our city water supply. It had the traditional, old-style 5 gallon tank that took up a lot of space under our kitchen sink. And, there were a lot of hoses run for all the connections to the filters, tank, supply, etc. What a difference a decade or two of technology has made ... This SimPure Reverse Osmosis system is fantastic - especially in comparison to our old system! The connection is much cleaner and simpler. If you don't need to run an RO line to your refrigerator, all you need is this system. Just tap off your kitchen cold water supply with the included T-connector, run the RO water to the included brushed-nickel faucet, and run the waste line to a drain connection.Once the SimPure water pump kicks in, we get a continuous stream of RO water, without ever having to worry about running out because the 5 gallon tank ran low. Additionally, since the SimPure is pressurized by the higher pressure internal water pump, there is much less waste water generated. The pump is pretty quiet overall, but loud enough that you know when it is running. The TDS meter display on the front is a nice touch - I have compared it to my manual TDS meter, and the SimPure is always withing +/- 2 ppm of my other meter.Overall, this is a great unit and an excellent design. It uses high-quality parts, and works much better than our old system. We couldn't be much happier.HANDY TIPS: While the SimPure includes a saddle valve for connecting your waste line to your drain, a much easier and cleaner solution (if you can do it) is to run the RO waste line tube down an existing air gap drain pipe under your sink, if you have one already installed. Also, if you plan on running the RO to your refrigerator for a refrigerator cold water dispenser, you can eliminate the need for installing the RO faucet and a 5 gallon reservoir tank under your sink by using the refrigerator water dispenser instead of using the included RO faucet.

Excellent
The instructions could use more detailed illustrations. But overall, I found this RO unit to be a cut above most other UV capable units. It's worth every penny! I really appreciated the fact that the unit comes with everything you will need for installation, minus the tools obviously.

Excellent RO filtration system.
Excellent RO system, no need to wait for tanks to fill up, just turn it on and get as much filtered water as you need at a time. Note that there are two filters in this system, one needs replacing every 6 months and the other every year. The water tastes good to me personally, though other family members have noted that it tastes a little off, but I think that's because it contains no minerals, it's just pure water. As with all RO water, you might want to add minerals for drinking purposes.Installation was easy, I had no issues at all with getting it up and running in a short amount of time. You don't need to be a licensed plumber to get it done, but I do recommend that you have some experience doing handy work around the house before taking this on yourself. The unit itself takes up a neat corner within the cabinet under the sink, and is easy to pull out for replacing the filters.

Very easy to install
Very easy to install took less than 30 minutes with no instructions after flushing checked with my meter and tds was very low compared to the 500ppm coming out of the tap
