Why did you pick this product vs others?:I selected this tarp/ survival blanket because it actually has a reflective side vs just being a grey color. It works! I was camping in a heat wave with no AC, and this tarp made a huge difference once I put it on the roof of the tent. I instantly felt a difference. It really did reflect the heat from the sun rays that were coming through the roof. It was still hot and humid here in the South, but big difference. This tarp will stay in my truck for future camping trips. I took 1 star away because the binding isn't sewn correctly, so the tarp isn't perfectly flat like it should be. It had some slight bunching. I haven't measured it to make sure the dimensions are accurate. I used it for the first time on this 4 day camping trip. It held up well. Overall, the quality is good for the price. I would purchase another one because of how well the reflective side works. I don't know how it does in high winds or rain yet.
