There are many pills on the market and it's a roulette what brand and function you go for.I've tried quite a few now to find something that works for hubby.Like other pills take 30 minutes before activity with plenty of water.Pill is easy to swallow with no after taste.After around 30/40 minutes husband felt a headache coming and light headed. He had to lie down until he felt better.He didn't feel any increase in energy or stamina. Infact he felt unwell.Maybe these pills aren't for everyone and that's why he didn't feel good.Didn't work. Disappointing.

I'm sure you'll think I'm hiding that I took these with a purpose, but it was a genuine mistake, I though it was just a dietary supplement but.. well, I can confirm it works, just make sure you know what you're ingesting and take it the right moment...

I've tried a few of these suppliments from the same brand, and unfortuantely like the others this is similarly ineffective. I agree that they are easy to swallow and don't have a detectable flavour. But I haven't seen any improvement of the normal expected performance.
