Brilliant
I have been using a "standard" strong flour from a different mill for my bread which has provided good results but it's not organic. I wanted to improve my diet and so decided on trying this organic white flour. It's a lovely flour and created a very nice dough. The prove was also very good, better than the standard flour. The resulting bread is extremely nice with a good consistent crumb. Great flavour too.
