Update: Seller reached out and was extremely courteous. I sent a picture of my chain and was offered a refund or a replacement. I opted for the refund as I will spend more on another item. But I will say upon receiving the chain initially, I was impressed with the look, style and size of the chain. I never used chemicals to clean and did try to care for the piece knowing I did not buy the most expensive one out there. Extremely satisfied with the customer service, responsive and painless. Thank you!Purchased in Jan 2024 and not even 5 months later it is no longer rose gold! Normal wear conditions and did not see a pool, was always removed before a shower yet it tarnished and looks horrible. Spend the money to buy something that will last, this was a complete waste of money!
