Absolute best electronic I have purchased to date, for my son. I can GPS track via the app, I can call his watch without him knowing and listen in when he is in class or away from home, I can call him video or regular, he can call me video or regular, I can check his sleep pattern, read his texts....plus the install was very easy and the app is user friendly. Thank you Johnny. For being available if need be, but thankfully Tmobile made it simple too. I pay like $20/monh for peace of mind and communication with my dearest one. Amazing, I would give more stars if able!!! :)

I purchased this watch for my baby girl who suffers from anxiety while in school. I have looked at several watches and decided to purchase this watch because I only seen one bad review out of several. Assuming because this watch was more expensive then the other one, what's one bad review? That single review was absolutely correct on everything!!! One when you get the watch there are "printed" instructions on that you have to do. Very first instruction is you have to contact them "immediately" to set up an APN or the watch will not work BEFORE you activate the "required" SIM card. There is a TEL/Whatsapp# that DOES NOT WORK! Then there is an email. I contacted the email and it took FOREVER to get a response. I ended up activating the SIM card, being provided a APN after activation based off my zip code. The SIM activation did state 24 hours for full services, no biggie, I waited. After 25 hours, setting up the required app to run the watched, testing the watch at home, I gave it to my child. Now, while testing watch at home plus linking to my WiFi the watch worked perfectly 👌 however when my child left the house, NOTHING WORKED! GPS was not accurate, calls kept dropping everything my baby called, and the video chats kept telling me no service. Contacted tech support, no response. Contacted Speedtalk and their response was service was good and its the watch. I'm so was to frustrated I contacted Amazon to return. I rather by her a phone linked to my phone carrier then EVER purchase a watch through this company or any other one. No matter what I do, reset, listen to their instructions, etc, it'sALWAYS THE SAME PROBLEM....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS JUNK TO ANYONE. AGITATED!!!!!!!!

One of the best products I purchased. This one is easy to use and clear instructions. GPS helps to identify where exactly the watch has been located. With the app installed, you can see the information. And you can make the setting of reject unknown call option. With that, my child never received any spam calls. All the numbers have to be properly stored. Then only kid can get the calls. It is much safer option for the kids to avoid the unknown calls. And it has the longer battery. It fits well in their hand and with the less monthly network connection, we can have contact with everyone. Customer service is really good, and they revert back to you if you have any questions.I would high recommend this product for ease use.

This works great. It was somewhat easy to set up without any help, using the instructions provided. I am able to track the watch on a map, I am able to use the emergency phone call button to have it dial one of three numbers until someone answers. The sound quality is great. And for $5/month phone service, pretty inexpensive. Texting is a bit tedious, back to the 90's with a tiny number keypad for letters, but adequate. The only downside is I wasn't able to get the steps stuff to work, even when using the app indicated. Otherwise, impressive.

I bought this product back May, 2024. The box come with a letter requesting to contact a guy to set up the smart watch. He takes about 24hrs to answer. The instructions given were unclear, fit for someone with IT background, I'm a non IT person. The setup took me about 5 days. During this months using the watch I can say it is a bad purchase, I bought the watch because of the GPS, but the gps is highly inaccurate, the watch is about 10 miles from where I'm but the app points the location to where I'm because the watch was in the location I'm an hour ago. This is an ongoing issue since I set up the device.The contacts settings is another issue, you can set up a contact, which is not easy, but when you need to call, the contacts can't be pull, you have to dial the number. I'm still discovering the watch, so far I'm not happy with it.UPDATEThe seller contacted me offering a full refund. Instead of proceeding with the refund and instructions to mail back the phone, he tried to convince me to restart the installation of the watch with the same confusing instructions. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this smartwatch! Our child can easily make and receive calls, and the GPS tracking gives us peace of mind. The SOS button, step counter, and safe zone settings are great features. It’s fun, colorful, and our child was super excited to wear it every day. Battery lasts up to two days and charges quickly. Highly recommended for parents who want both safety and convenience!
