I purchased the item from Amazon, however, I could not get it to work. I contacted the manufacturer Earth & Moon customer service (William) and he emailed me back immediately. Apparently I was reading the directions incorrectly and didn't realize that the adapter was missing from the box, as I did not know I needed it. After emailing back & forth, William solved the problem and sent an adapter out to me right away. He followed up with additional emails. I was following the tracking info and it stated that it was delivered, however, it was not in my mailbox. Apparently, our regular mail person was on vacation and the fill-in person put it in the wrong box, which I did not find out until a couple days later, when our doorman brought it up to me. William was all set to send me another one right away, but I caught him in time and told him I received it. After that, the tester worked fine and now I know my grounding mat is working. William was extremely helpful and he truly cares about his customers. He was available for all questions I had (and I had many as I am old & not technically inclined), and would always email me back right away, no matter what time of day it was. I have never received customer service like this, be confident that if you have an issue with an item, they are there to help you!!

If you have any grounding products such as sheets, pillow case, or mat, having one of these is essential to monitor the grounding contact. Easy to use. Just plug it into a secondary ground plug and touch the grounding product you are using. If it lights up, your grounding product is working.I had a different tester that wasn't as easy. This is great.

The product seemed to work, I got a green light, but then I disconnected my grounding mat from the outlet and the green light continued to be on! So the mat is always detected as "grounded" even if it's not!

Instructions in use are sketchy but I think I did it right. It was used to check 4 grounding products and showed what I thought was accurate. I was using a grounding pad under my flannel sheet that didn't show that it was working that way but ok without the sheet. Now with the grounding sheet in use instead, it shows that it works well. I'll trust that it does.

I received the continuity tester today. I saw that I was missing this adapter according to the video. I have no way to contact the seller. It only lets me contact Amazon. Now, I had to spend MORE money to buy an adapter. The only thing I can say is when I did the finger test, the tester worked. Thanks. Thanks a bunch.UPDATE: the company reached out to me concerning my issue. They were very pleasant and offered to take care of it. The product is good. It does test my mat very well. Just please be aware that the adapter that is shown in the video is not included. You'll have to purchase it separately.

I really liked this product! It only took less than a minute to set it up and to ensure that my grounding mat is working as expected (to which it was!). I think this product is so interesting and I really like how it makes sure that your grounding mat works as it should and that you're not just wasting your time. It definitely does give a peace of mind. I also like how it's light weight and can be used anywhere. I love how it runs on batteries instead of being plugged into the wall because it makes it so convenient and portable to take anywhere! I would definitely recommend this product!

The package came quickly and the product is packaged well and minimally.I did the test to see that the product works, but when I went to test my grounding mats I saw that in order to use this thing, you NEED an adapter! There is no mention of a need to purchase a second component in order to actually use this thing and if that necessary you'd think the company would just include it!Very disappointed because I bought all of this for a trip I'm taking and I wanted to be able to test the grounding things traveling with me to Europe. Instead I've got a tester that turns on but can't be used!UPDATE:Per instructions for continuity testing I found with my grounding mat, I simply plugged the grounding cord into the other grounded outlet on my wall instead of into an adapter, and when I put the tester on the mat it lights up green as it says it should when the continuity test is positive. That said, given the video instructions here with the tester I don't know if that is a correct reading as the I structures only say how to test with an adapter. Confirmation or an adapter if it's needed would be nice! But I did update from 1 to 3 stars.

We are using the monitor to prove that we are grounded. We also test our mats to make sure they are working. So far so good.We do not really care if others are skeptical.. we are proving that being grounded on a regular basis is helping our immune systems. Here is to Mother Earth! She cares for us if we care for her!🌏💕
