Delicious flavor
Best hot chocolate mix ever. It has so much flavor that I often use half as much of the product per cup of milk, and it still is a flavorful chocolate drink.

This is very good hot chocolate
This is a tasty hot chocolate product. I've seen it ranked at the top for comparable products. However, DO NOT USE WATER! There is a typo in the product descriptions stating use of water which will NOT taste good. Read the product instructions.Also, check the quantity of packages supplied. One of my shipments only contained 20 envelopes instead of 25.

Very chocolatey but not a lot of calories
These packets are perfect especially if you want a fresh cup of cocoa each time. The taste is smooth and very chocolate! I put them in birthday cards so the recipient has a special treat on their day. They are just great.

Low end taste
Tastes awful. I’d rather buy cheap Swiss mess from the grocery store. Would’ve thought with a name like Ghirardelli that it would’ve been high-quality hot chocolate.
