I like the size, price, and durability. I use these for multiple areas of tension. I show my clients how to use them for their own self care. I recently found them cheaper and have bought in bulk to give to my patients. But hopefully they don't smell too toxic when they finally arrive. These items do not from Amazon .

Throw it in my gym bag or dance bag and it’s so easy to use for a few seconds. Great for pre or post workout! 🏋️‍♂️

this is hard, too small and hard to use as a cushion

For some reason I assumed this was a regular foam roller like for my whole back or body and a ball together.. no they’re both small and fit right in the palm of my hand .. BUT they’re exactly what I needed , I’ve had this stiffening pain in my lower back for about a year and the regular foam roller wasn’t getting it I used the ball on it once up against a wall and it’s GONE , when I work out it doesn’t bother me hardly at all .. so I’m happy with this purchase , not what I thought I was buying but definitely much needed
