Bryan's reivew
These were purchased because I had two new pairs of sketcher slip-ons that were too tight with my Good Feet arch supports due to high insteps. These are a little slimmer and have worked very well. I am able to wear the shoe without any pain. They look good and fit perfectly into my 9 1/2 shoes with no trimming. The support has been excellent, my plantar fasciitis has not acted up when using them. I haven't washed them yet but they look well made and I don't expect to have an issue with that either.

Pronate/Stability Overview
My type of pain: inside arch and outer side of feet- I have to stop multiple times to stretch my feet & calves. I cant walk more than 1-2 miles at a time. I pronate.Purchased the 8-8.5, my shoe size is an 8.5. I didn’t have to trim any of the insole. It arrived perfect and true to size. I put them in a pair of brooks.PROs- I was able to complete 2 miles with zero stops. They do work for arch support, but I still have the outer edge pain.CONs specific to me- they did not resolve my outer foot pain. I do feel like the height of the arch pushes my foot forward into the toe box. I can feel the top edge of the insole. It isn’t the end of the world, but if I had a choice I’d choose not to feel that.Overall- I like them, they are beneficial. Worth the purchase!

Shock at quality of design, but 🥵
I have not even worn them yet, but rating 5 stars. Here's why:1. They are the exact same shape as $500 shoe inserts I got a year ago for better foot pressure distribution, due to my high arches. Thus, I can use those inserts for my gym shoes and these for my work boots.2. They fit snug inside my work boots (12-12.5M USA) to where I have to force them in a bit. Which is great, becuase that means they wont slide around.3. They are sturdy, and feel somewhat soft to the top. So, I am assuming they feel comfortable, especially since the shape is rigidly formed underneath to fit high arches perfectly. The pressure distribution helps a lot, the padding seems good but when combined with pressure pattern it becomes a whole new level of sustainable comfort.Ill update if they're not comfortable, but based on everything I've seen right out of the box – I am highly impressed.Update: Now rating 4 stars. The reason: Your feet will get hot.The first day I wore these inserts in my boots a full workday, at the end of the day I felt a lot of little rocks in my shoe. Turns out, the white lettering peeled off completely in my shoe and rolled up into little clumps of white adhesive or whatever. I shook them out of my boots after the shift. Your feet will get hot with these inserts. Breathability is pretty poor, it is so poor that it will actually somewhat cause your feet to slide around on the insert. If you have tight boots though, it's not a problem.

Affordable and they help!
Have now purchased 3 pairs for my daughter whose job requires her to be on her feet and walking for 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week. She wears non-skid Skechers with memory foam but after awhile she feels the concrete floor. She did not have to trim these at all and was able to insert them on top of the foam. They made a huge difference immediately. After wearing them her feet were less tired and achy and she could no longer feel the concrete floor. She now has 3 pairs of Skecher non-skids each with their own insole so she can rotate wearing them. She has recommended them to all of her co-workers and they are pleased too. Well worth the cost, won’t hurt you to try them, they come in options for flat feet, natural arch, and high arch so just order them! You’re feet will thank you!

The arch didn't align with my arch.
I've been sucked in to the high stars and thousands of reviews before, and once again, I've tried semi-rigid arch support inserts and been disappointed yet again. I don't think the arch is too high, but it didn't quite hit the right area of my own arch, so in my test using one of these Walk-Hero supports in one shoe and one by Dr. Scholls in my other shoe, walking 1.5 miles to and from work, I found myself having to walk with a slightly unnatural foot placement in the shoe with these Walk-Hero inserts to avoid actually CAUSING arch strain with each passing step. I can't imagine that everyone's foot shape and arch shape are all the same, so it mystifies me that these inserts can make nearly 70K people this happy, and that there aren't more people who find they don't support quite right and since the arch is rigid, that it actually presses uncomfortably in the wrong shape/area of the arch. It seems obvious to me (again) that I'd have to get custom orthotics if I wanted a rigid arch that actually fits my arch. But am I to conclude that my foot arch is that odd? When I wear the soft cushioned foot inserts by other brands with cushioned arches, I have no such problems, my arches feel supported and fine. I think this is the last time I'll be lured by high ratings to trying another semi-rigid arch support insert!

It's true Maynard!
Arch supports work! Who knew? Well, a lot of people. And now I'm one too. These are excellent and quite affordable ones. Over time, they have relieved much pain in hips and elsewhere. I buy new ones every so often, but they last quite a while. Ok bye.
