The media could not be loaded. My device is not working

Hopeless . I bought it 0n 26th May .ITt was delivered to me on 1st of June. Today is 27th of June and it is not working. My husband took it to JIO shop , they told that the product was made in 2017 and its battery is expired. this prduct is second hand. It's really a cheat from the vendor. We are really shocked. The product is worthless for us in one month's time. please do the needful.

Really nice product; looking great, handy, working smoothly and easy to configure.

This is a defective piece. Since our devices were not able to connect to it, we took it to multiple Reliance stores where they tested the SIM individually and confirmed there is no problem with SIM but the issue is with Device itself. Do not buy this.

The power cable is defective and not charging the router

Poor build quality (Made in China). Charger also used to get very hot while charging. Router stopped working after 3 days of use..!! Please do not buy this item. Waste of your money.
