No issues, worked great
Worked great. Needed to reduce an 8mm threaded hole to receive a 6mm threaded rod. I used thread locker to hold the insert and keep it from backing out. Glad I found these.

Excellent quality
Worked perfectly and are of good quality.

Works as advertised but not very strong.
Size and fit are exactly as described, but didn't work for my application. I was using these to remove an M6 bolt that had a missing screw head. Applying even very slight torque, they snapped in two. Ended up drilling out the screw.

Wont even hold together to be installed! Total waste of time and money
I drilled the holes as I was supposed to, I tapped the holes as I was supposed to and the heads of the insert would break apart asI tried to install them! Now I am stuck figuring a way to make my thread repairs a different way. I realize they are not very expensive but this is the job they were built for! ugh!!Yes I cleaned the holes before I tried to install them.Yes I made sure they were not cross threading.Yes I used lube for them to install easier.

Perfect fit
These are perfect for the conversion of a m6 to an m8. These are not easy to find in the hardware store, but for the price of what it would be for one or two at a hardware store you can have some extras in your assortment of screws/adapters and such.

Cheap but got the job done
Was using them for a female end for a dowel rod I am using but the flat head end for screwing it in is so cheaply made that half of them cracked in some way. I was able to force work then in after they cracked. But I almost had to order more to finish my job.

Cheap
The slotted end breaks every time you try and apply pressure to tighten.
