I purchased this product because I travel a lot personally and professionally, and I was tired of having to pack multiple styling tools. I was skeptical that it would both curl and flat iron well but I was wrong! It did both fabulously and left my hair silky and shiny! The tool also has a built in fan that cools and protects hair, so I never felt like I was doing damage. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to streamline their routine. For reference, I have colored, long and textured hair. The tool was quick to heat up and it was also fast to use.

It heats up fairly quickly, curls well, doesn't straighten as straight as I'd like bur doable with enough after straightening oil. Down side is it stays lit up, blinking through all the temps even when you have turned it off, so you must unplug or turn off power strip everytime. The price was good for the performance. I usually have spent upwards of $200 on straighteners, Most last 5 or 6 years before hinge starts to go. Hopefully I will get a couple years out of this one. It is lightweight & the optional air feature is nice when curling.

I borrowed a friend's on a trip, which talked me into ordering one and having it delivered when I got him. It doesn't snag or pull your hair. It makes nice curls and straightens (I can now use one product). The air cooling button is perfect for not overheating your hair and drying it out. It leaves a nice smooth finish and is easy to use.

Absolutely love this flat iron. It’s my favorite. I use it mostly for curling my hair. It’s very versatile. You can use it to straighten as well. I use to use a Chi for straightening my hair. But, like this better. This one curls hair real easily. Love the fan that cools down temp of hair. I have medium length hair, so purchased the short one. Glad I did. Works perfectly. The stylists at my hair salon also use this iron. Great quality, love the pink, sturdy cord that doesn’t get tangled and good length. Easy to hold, although sometimes I accidentally turn down temp when curling hair. I’d buy again and I buy for gift.

It can be a little tricky to curl the direction you want, but I am in love with this product! It takes me less that half the time to curl my hair than with using an old school curling iron and the curl last way longer. Game changer!

I was hesitant about buying this product because of Al other bad reviews I saw but, honestly I really liked this product. I have very straight long hair so, typically it doesn’t hold a curl - or at least not for long. I bought this product for the purpose of using it as a curler and my curls stayed on for 5+ hours. I think the item is very easy to use. I would agree with some of the bad reviews that the clamp doesnt shut all the way. However, I just used my other hand to help with that. I don’t think I’d repurchase it but I will be keeping it for now since it seems to work well. I set the heat level at 360 so the fact that it wasn’t as hot as it can get and my curls stayed, was great.

I have thick hair. This tool does not clamp the plates together very well so it does a very poor job straightening. It also does not produce pretty curls as well as my curling iron. Yes it’s easy to use and doesn’t pull my hair but I feel like when I use this tool my hair looks terrible. So expensive to get not good results. I assume it doesn’t work well for everyone being that I do see some good reviews. For me… I just wasted my money. I was so excited and hopeful this would help me get pretty long lasting curls. I tried so many different things, watch videos, nothing worked. :(
