Meets expectations
This came exactly as expected, the color is awesome, it's like a orangey yellow, and I love that it's such a sloughy backpack. It has plenty of room on the inside and sits comfortably on the shoulders

The build quality is excellent—strong zippers, sturdy stitching.It has plenty of compartments to keep everything organized. The padded shoulder straps make it really comfortable for kids to carry, even when it's full. My child loves the design, and I love that it’s clearly built to last through the school year and beyond. We have had this a year it has been in the washer twice and line dried still looks like new

Lightweight and cute
Very soft, not a stiff type bag. Wouldn’t recommend for heavy binders of books, but held up for a whole school year to carry a Chromebook and homework folder and small items. Very cute. Can easily be thrown in the washing machine.

Big For Toddler But Cute
I bought this for my 3.5 year old to fit winter clothes, folder and lunchbox for preschool. My daughter is pretty tall for her age (80th percentile for height and weight), but this bag is still pretty big for her. It's a bag she will be able to grow into. It's a nice soft material. Zipper quality seems fine. Easy to open. Easy to adjust the straps. Fits quite a bit of stuff including a large lunch box and full size folders.Overall, it's cute. Mayne a bit floppy, but I'm not too upset about it for a toddler to young child. As she gets older with heavy books, we will need a more structured bag.

Good price for a decent, cloth backpack!
Held up great for the second semester of last year, and my granddaughter is using it again this semester. Cute design and pretty durable for a cloth backpack.

Cheaply made
My daughter got this for middle school. It ripped within a couple of months. You get what you pay for on this one. Although it is very cute! It's just not made for heavy use.
