We recently purchased MSG from Amazon, and it has completely transformed our cooking. I was a bit apprehensive but oh my god I actually cannot cook without this now! It enhances the taste of everything! Makes food so so much better! Great value for money and a small bit goes a long way.

I'm trying to cut down on salt and have read this is a good substitute for aiding flavour.I used it as I would salt , start with a little and adjust till you find the balance , genuinely a light dusting is enough.Despite the older bad press this certainly helps compliment flavours too if you're using in sauces .It's great on green veg and pretty much any savoury dish.The powder remains loose with no clumping after a month of use .
